Prepare reports, analyze wer resource da, and provide scientific interpretions and policy recommendions to senior officials. Provide scientific and technical support to address transboundary wer disputes, advise counterparts, manage contracts, and brief senior officials. to meeting the basic entry qualificions requirements listed above, the applicant MUST have least one year of specialized experience th has equipped them with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. This experience is reled to the work of the position and equivalent to least the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstre the following: Experience managing transboundary wer projects, including analyzing da, conducting studies, and recommending actions on wer levels, flows, quality, and ecosystem health. Experience advising on transboundary wer disputes, preparing reports and briefings, managing contracts, and coordining events with wer resource experts. Experience serving as a technical expert, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting leadership with policy recommendions, briefings, and dispute resolution.Note:
