You will translate operational fleet requirements into testable systems and actionable science and technology strategies. You will oversee the design of scientifically rigorous experiments to validate system performance and direct root-cause failure analysis for transitioning technologies. You will analyze the command's technology portfolios to identify opportunities for technology integration, translating high-level priorities into plans that create new, multi-domain capabilities for the warfighter. You will communicate complex technical and strategic information to diverse audiences through clear, concise written and oral methods to justify resource allocation, connect concepts to military requirements, and guide long-range planning.
