Job Description
You will serve as an
ENGINEER/SCIENTIST
in the Global Deterrence and Defense Department (GX), Fleet Sustainment and Advanced Manufacturing Division (GXN) ofNAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.Qualifications:
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer/Scientist, analyzing and evaluating technical project resource requirements to develop, plan, and execute system level electronic project schedule, milestones, and deliverables to improve efficiency and execution of underwater acoustic sonar system program operations.
