Established clinical protocols and appropriate resources are in place to support coordinated oncology patient management. The facility is structured to accommodate locum tenens clinicians during day shift coverage periods. About the Facility Location Connecticut offers a diverse range of attractions suited to varied interests. Clinicians on assignment may explore maritime history at Mystic Seaport and the Essex Steam Train and Riverboat, as well as outdoor adventures in state parks featuring hiking, biking, and kayaking. Families and history enthusiasts may visit dinosaur exhibits at Dinosaur State Park and The Dinosaur Place at Nature's Art Village, along with notable architectural landmarks such as William Gillette Castle in East Haddam and St. Clements Castle in Portland. The state also provides options for live performances, local wineries, culinary experiences, and wellness activities throughout the region. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient radiation oncology services on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week required and no call obligations. Clinical responsibilities include delivering radiation oncology treatments and managing patient care within an on-site outpatient setting in Connecticut. Board certification in Radiation Oncology is required for this assignment.
