Medical Physicist Facility:

Joseph's Hospital Responsibilities:
Develops treatment plans for radiation oncology plans of patients for BayCare Health System. Functions with initiative and independent judgement as well as work in a team setting. Responsibilities include machine(s), patient and treatment planning software quality assurance.

  • Master's degree
  • Physics or related field Certification Required
  • ABR (American Board of Radiology) certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics Required
  • Medical Physicist or Medical Physicist in Training in State of FL, Minimum requirement is Board Eligible and have come from a residency (passed part 1 and 2).
