Job Description

Senior Medical Physicist Team Net Medical Build, lead, and elevate clinical physics operations with a team that takes quality personally. Team Net Medical is hiring a Senior Medical Physicist with onsite supervisory responsibilities to join our on site Massachusetts radiation oncology program. You will work side by side with an experienced TNM physics team, driving high reliability clinical physics support, advanced procedures, and a strong culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Provide ongoing clinical physics support for radiation oncology services Lead and support SRS and HDR physics coverage, planning support, and procedure execution Own the QA program including routine and patient specific QA and program improvements Ensure ACR compliance, documentation readiness, and audit support Perform and oversee calibrations, commissioning tasks, and routine physics checks Execute special projects such as workflow optimization, new technology support, and quality initiatives Collaborate closely with therapists, dosimetrists, physicians, administrators, and TNM leadership What We Are Looking For Demonstrated record of clinical radiation oncology medical physics experience Strong working knowledge of modern radiation therapy principles, methods, procedures, and techniques High confidence supporting SRS and HDR Strong understanding of federal and state regulations, guidelines, and standards Excellent communication, documentation, and cross team leadership skills Strong analytic and problem solving ability, calm under pressure, detail focused Why TNM Work with a dedicated team of medical physicists (you are not alone) A culture that values quality, compliance, and doing things the right way Opportunity to make a measurable impact in patient care and operational excellence Support for continuous improvement and professional growth Equal Opportunity Employer Team Net Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
