Core Qualifications:
Active certification or eligibility as a Medical Physicist or Radiation Therapist Prior experience in the planning and delivery of radiation therapy preferred Strong understanding of safety standards and applicable regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and verify precise calibration of radiation equipment Collaborate with physicians to ensure safe and optimal treatment plans for patients Monitor, review, and document treatment data and patient progress Participate in quality assurance protocols Educate and support patients and staff regarding procedures and safety
