Job Description

The Radiation Oncology locum tenens opportunity in southern Wisconsin-Reason for recruitment: Join the pool for future vacation coverage-Dates open as of now: October 16-20, November 13-24, and December 18-29-

Location:

Nearest airport is Chicago Rockford Airport (30 minutes from hospital)-

Hours:

Monday- Friday, 8a-5p-

Hospital:

103 beds, joint commission accredited, non-profit-Support services: Counseling, occupational therapy, physical therapy, palliative care, ostomy, prosthetics, and integrative therapies-

Equipment:

Elekta Infinity with agility head, elekta response gating interface for C-Rad or ABC, Mosaiq, pinnacle treatment planning system, 3 camera catalyst HD system in treatment room, Mobius, MIM, Active breathing coordinator, Hexapod 6 degree couch, Siemens somatom definition AS CT, Sentinel camera from C-Rad in CT room for 4D motion management, Anzai belt that came with CT scanner, Delta 4, Sun nuclear 3D water tank/scanner, IC profiler, Body fix system-

Required:

Board certification or Board eligible, Wisconsin license
