Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Senior Global Program Manager role will make an impact: Key responsibilities for this role include: Support effective global Project Team meetings that provide a forum for communication, removing obstacles and resolving issues. Ensure meeting deliverables and agreements are caried out. Lead the team development of the project timeline and budget with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Maintain, monitor and report project progress and perform updates to timelines and budget. Communicate difficult concepts to ensure team members understand and are aligned with project goal and objectives, project plan, critical path and potential critical path activities. Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to agreed upon quality. Coordinate and compile global project scope documents and plans. Work with project team members to assure that the sub-teams are aligned and that functions are applying resources as necessary to accomplish the sub-teams' goals. Impacts the achievement of project objectives. Work with project team to identify project risks and create mitigation plans. Leads others to solve complex problems. Raise potential issues to Project Team Leader and Team for resolution. Develop and implement Integrated Development Plan to support the approve Project Strategy. Ensure alignment of functional goals with relevant Project Team Goals. Includes relevant PT goals in individual goals. Perform other duties as assigned. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 7-10 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. A Master's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of pharmaceutical development experience preferred. PMP certification a plus but not required. Must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical development programs including basic understanding of clinical and cmc development, commercial principles and health authority requirements. Must possess Project Management skills such as development of timelines, identification of critical path, budget management, pharmaceutical risk analysis and mitigation, strong communication skills, driver of team activity required. Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization. Position functions semi-autonomously. Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $95,000 - $193,000.
