- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of R D to lead high-impact research initiatives that drive scientific, technical, or business advancement in the field of proteomics.

- + Lend expertise to assist with development of proteomics sample preparation workflows.
- How will you get here:
- Education
- + Ph.D. in Chemistry or Biochemistry or a related field is required.
- Experience
- + 25+ years of progressive research experience, including leadership of complex research programs in both academic and industrial settings.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience managing multiple concurrent research initiatives. + Record of obtaining external research funding or leading collaborative research partnerships. + Established professional network within academia, industry, or research communities.
- Compensation and Benefits
- The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $192,100.
