Back To Results R & D Manager Job Description Research and Development Manager We are expanding our Research and Development team and looking for a talented Research and Development Manager to lead new product development and drive process improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing innovative products, overseeing their commercialization, and enhancing production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

New Product Development :

Lead efforts in creating and developing new products (50% of your time)

Product Commercialization :

Oversee and guide products from the development phase to the production floor (40%)

Process Improvement :

Identify and implement enhancements in production and packaging processes (10%) Collaborate with internal teams and work closely with customers to meet expectations. Oversee projects from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring seamless transition from the R D lab to plant production. Develop packaging and heating/reheating processes for products. Produce benchtop samples and assist in shipping samples when required.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of R D experience . A detail-oriented individual with a passion for innovation and product improvement.
