- Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
+ Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Agriculture, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; + Strong understanding of R D value creation logic, portfolio management, and investment; + Excellent strategic, long-term visionary and innovative mindset; + Excellent business acumen to interpret market / portfolio requirements and market-driven changes; + Strong AI acumen with the ability to design and leverage agent-enabled workflows to enhance decision quality and execution; + Ability to build teams and networks, and influence without formal authority; + Experience to work and collaborate across global, matrix organizations; + Excellent communication skills and executive presence.Preferred Qualifications:
+ 10+ years of experience in R D portfolio management, strategy, investment management, portfolio analytics, or business excellence. This posting will be available for application until at least September 3, 2026. Relocation may be offered for this role. Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $196,640.00 to $294,960.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.YOUR APPLICATION
