This position supports investigators and research teams through assistance with administrative processes, research development, project communications, and other research-promotion activities. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, clear written and verbal communication, collaborative team engagement, and the ability to concurrently manage multiple responsibilities. The Research Development Manager is expected to be a self-starter who demonstrates initiative, applies problem-solving skills to routine challenges, and effectively switch focus to meet competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Salary support for this position is derived from sponsored grants and contracts.
