We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Fabric R D to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative product development within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Support the ideation, development, and execution of production and vendor capability strategies. Facilitate communication between brand teams and international product teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness. Manage BOM maintenance through PLM systems to ensure accurate product execution. Monitor project timelines and escalate issues that may impact deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial targets and deliver on cost guidance. Provide garment costing and maintain accurate accounting for all costing components. Skills Experience in global product development or related fields. Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple challenges effectively. Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to cross-functional partners. Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment with cultural sensitivity. Preferred Skills Exposure to design, merchandising, and vendor/category management. Demonstrated curiosity and motivation to develop new skills and knowledge. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
