Salary:
$195k-$220k + 15% bonus Responsibilities Support market products by providing technical leadership and project management Communicate program objectives clearly to assigned personnel and oversee planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely completion within budget Manage R D staff responsible for investigations related to complaints, CAPA, and continuous improvement efforts Assist in transferring technology from R D to manufacturing both domestically and internationally Ensure documentation, testing procedures, and manufacturing practices comply with standards Conduct technical meetings to report progress and resolve issues of major significance Manage on-market assays, algorithms, reagents, solutions, controls, and calibrators Assist with new product development assays in line with departmental goals Supervise a team of technical professionals Requirements MS degree with 15+ years relevant experience in the IVD space OR PhD with 10+ years relevant experience in the IVD space 7+ years managing scientists or engineers at various levels Ability to travel internationally to China 1-2 times a year (no language requirement) Proficient in complaint handling and CAPA procedures Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills Effective time management, team leadership, and cross-functional relationship building Excellent communication skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
