You will need to live within commuting distance to Stryker's Flower Mound, TX office and be onsite 3 days per week. To learn more about Stryker's Communications Business Unit portfolio click here: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/communications.html What You Will Do Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts Define and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques Assign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Previous medical device industry experience Experience with software project management and experience with AI technology Experience collaborating with international partners across the business Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual
