This senior, strategic role will play a critical part in shaping the evolution of our membership and advisory offerings by delivering high impact research, strategic insight, and expert consultation to customers and internal stakeholders. About you - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant scientific or business field 10 Years of Relevant leadership experience in portfolio management, clinical operations, or benchmarking within a Top 20 Pharmaceutical company or a Top 5 global consultancy Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) A proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders to communicate complex value propositions and drive business growth. Demonstrated ability to translate data into high-impact industry analysis, with a portfolio of professional presentations or peer-reviewed journal articles that have shaped industry discourse. Advanced skills in interpreting large-scale benchmarking datasets to provide nuanced strategic insights that address the most pressing challenges in life sciences R D and operations. Leveraging your senior leadership network to identify and secure new business opportunities, effectively convincing leadership teams of the CMR value provided by our membership programmes.Strategic Customer Dialogue:
Leading consultations with key pharmaceutical clients to facilitate deep-dive discussions around the CMR benchmarking data and programme membership.Evolution of Offerings:
Acting as a thought partner to the CMR team to shape the future of Global R D and Clinical programmes.Knowledge Translation:
Contributing to CMR's external profile by generating content, including white papers, articles, and presentations, that reinforces our position as a leader within R D benchmarking. Hours of Work This is a US based, part-time role at 40 percent FTE, equivalent to approximately two days per week and is ideal for a senior professional who brings deep domain expertise, strong customer presence, and a consultative mindset. The position supports in person customer engagement as part of its advisory focus. The expected base salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year FTE. This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
