QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Life SciencesExperience:
2-4 years of relevant post-college job experience.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in a range of specialized wet laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, using a balance and stir plate, etc.); capable of searching scientific literature; skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Soft Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, collaborative, and a proven ability and desire to learn.PREFERRED

- Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support Ventana projects.
- Design, execute, and interpret experiments and apply technical expertise toward project strategies.

- Troubleshoot problems and institute corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment by providing creative solutions and input to project planning.
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions and assist in identifying patentable inventions.
