Onsite Position Summary:
This is an onsite position requiring 4-6 years of post-college experience. Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experimental protocols with minimal supervision, including making observations and analyzing data.
- Prepare and present technical reports, summaries, and quantitative analyses; maintain complete and accurate records.
- Troubleshoot problems and institute corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment by providing creative solutions and input to project planning.
- Contribute to process improvement suggestions and assist in identifying patentable inventions.
- Train colleagues and monitor work to ensure quality and continuous adherence to the Quality First Time principle.
- Exercise judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques for complex problems.
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Life SciencesExperience:
4-6 years of relevant post-college job experience.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in a range of specialized wet laboratory techniques (e.g., pipetting, using a balance and stir plate, etc.); capable of searching scientific literature; skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.Soft Skills:
Good communication and presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, collaborative, and a proven ability and desire to learn.PREFERRED
