Below, we'll share a little bit more about what we're looking for in you. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of noodle samples for both foodservice and retail product development projects. Support the R D team in routine product testing and simple recipe adjustments under supervision. Help gather, organize, and record sensory, physical, and chemical evaluation data for noodles and related products. Provide administrative and organizational support for R D projects, including helping to track project timelines and deliverables. Assist in collecting information on market trends and competitor products as directed by the R D team. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Sales, and Marketing teams as needed to facilitate project progress and communication. Support the team in preparing for customer visits, meetings, and product presentations. Help with event logistics and preparations for food exhibitions, trade shows, and internal company events. Maintain accurate and organized records, reports, and documentation related to R D activities. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and innovative work environment that reflects Sun Noodle's Vision, Mission, and Values. Experience & Qualifications Must LOVE noodles! Must love Ramen and be passionate about food innovation Experience in a lab, food factory, bakery, or similar environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in a related field is a plus.
