Job Description

Job Description A client in the Research + Insights space is seeking an Associate Research Field Manager for bandwidth support on upcoming client project surges. This resource will support the successful execution of UX research studies by managing participant recruitment efforts, coordinating session scheduling and logistics, and serving as a key point of contact between clients, recruitment vendors, and internal teams. They will track study progress, provide frequent status updates, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure all project deliverables are executed accurately and on time. While this role is not responsible for moderating sessions or taking research notes, exposure to UX research is highly valuable for understanding the research process and supporting teams effectively. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and a habit of maintaining consistent communication to ensure projects remain aligned, stakeholders stay informed, and timelines and deliverables are successfully managed from start to finish.
