Job Description

Senior Research Associate DMPK The Opportunity:
Develop
LC-MS/MS
methods and analyze in vivo and in vitro samples to support ADME, pharmacokinetic, and toxicokinetic studies, etc. Handle a variety of tissues, including tumors, from tissue homogenization through sample preparation for bioanalysis. Perform data analysis, prepare experimental result reports, and upload data to electronic notebooks. Conduct in vitro
ADME/DMPK
assays in biological matrices, including hepatocytes, microsomes, blood, and plasma, ect. Support laboratory operations, including
LC-MS/MS
instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
Bachelor's or master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related scientific discipline, with 5+ years of industry experience for bachelor's degree holders or 3+ years for master's degree holders. Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining
LC-MS/MS
systems. Hands-on experience in
LC-MS/MS
method development and bioanalytical analysis. Knowledge of biological sample preparation and extraction techniques for downstream
LC-MS/MS
analysis. Hands-on experience in
HPLC/UPLC
method development. Ability to customize and follow established assay protocols. Ability to manage multiple laboratory and project tasks efficiently. Ability to work effectively in a flexible, team-oriented environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent recordkeeping skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Previous hands-on experience in SCIEX QTRAP and Thermo Q Exactive mass spectrometers. Previous hands-on experiences on bioanalytical method development in compliance with regulatory requirements. Working experience in DMPK lab.
