6-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities Support the analytical and functional analysis of antibody therapeutics pipeline through various experimental techniques Perform assays including SEC-HPLC, SEC-MALS, CEX-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, MSD, ELISA, and cell-based functional assays Compile, analyze, and review test data for study reports and develop PowerPoint presentations Develop and review standard operating protocols and other technical documents Coordinate activities with functional groups and project teams Present experimental data and discuss findings with project team members Mentor and train technical staff in relevant assay techniques Requirements Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline Minimum of 3+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 2+ years with a master's degree Proficiency in protein analysis techniques such as SEC-HPLC, SEC-MALS, CEX-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, CE-SDS, MSD, and ELISA Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to design and execute experiments with minimal supervision Strong multitasking, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
