This role will assist in formulation, testing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. The ideal candidate is analytical, quick to learn, and able to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in research and development of dietary supplement products, including formulation and testing support. Prepare, organize, and maintain R D documentation, reports, and records. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, BRC, Halal). Maintain laboratory organization, materials, and inventory. Skills Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field. Strong foundation in chemistry or physics. Fresh graduates are welcome. Familiarity with US GMP, BRC, Halal, or similar regulatory systems. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning ability. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred.
