Job Description
- Leverage expertise in DEL selections to discover and validate molecular glues through protein capture assays and selection workflows
- Assist in the build out of lab infrastructure to enable internal DEL selections from reagent validation through NGS sample preparation
- Present findings to a multidisciplinary team of biologists, chemists and computational team members to build mechanistically driven selection strategies
- A strong desire to innovate, learn, and grow as a technical lead of DEL screening Qualifications BS/MS with 5-10 years experience Hands-on experience with sample preparation, capture assays, and DEL selections Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems in reagent characterization and screening Collaborative and excited to execute on novel strategies for induced proximity hit discovery This role is primarily laboratory-based, so being on-site full-time is required Prior authorization to live and work in the United States Compensation Quarry offers a competitive compensation package including equity awards and annual bonus.
