Research Scientist, Analytical Development (Job Code: RSAD-YY)

at Incyte Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware, United States Job Description Provide support for assigned small molecule drug development programs. Conduct routine and advanced chemical analytical testing in support of pharmaceutical development activities related to both drug substance and drug product. Perform analyses using appropriate analytical techniques, such as HPLC, LCMS, GC, Spectroscopic, and others to support process chemistry and formulation development. Understand and effectively utilize the principles of Analytical Chemistry to design new methodologies as required. Design and validate new analytical methods to meet research objectives. Interpret analytical data and effectively communicate results to chemists. Collaborate with other process chemistry and pharmaceutical development functions. Interpret data and prepare data summaries and reports. Maintain good documentation practices for the conduct and reporting of analytical testing. Responsible for the care and maintenance of instrumentation. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related with at least 3 years of related experience.
