) About Liquified Solutions Liquified Solutions is a water conservation and sustainability company that partners with property owners and operators to reduce water consumption, lower utility costs, and promote environmental stewardship. Our team combines data-driven analysis with hands-on implementation to deliver measurable savings for multifamily, commercial, and institutional properties across the country. About the Role Liquified Solutions is looking for a curious, detail-oriented Advisory Analyst to join our Water Analysis & Advisory Team. This is a research- and support-focused role where you will work with utility accounts, property data, credits, rebates, water usage information, and project documentation. You will help organize and prepare the data our team needs to move projects forward quickly and accurately. This position is a strong fit for an entry-level candidate who is resourceful, organized, comfortable working in spreadsheets, and enjoys researching information across multiple platforms. Prior water industry experience is not required — we will train you on the industry and our internal processes. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who takes ownership of their work, pays close attention to detail, and naturally looks for ways to make processes more organized and efficient. Responsibilities As an Advisory Analyst, you will: Conduct utility and property research, including account details, rate structures, credits and rebates, irrigation meters, and property characteristics. Research information across utility provider websites, government portals, GIS tools, public records, and internal systems. Track and manage credit and rebate submissions from application through approval. Maintain submission calendars, compile supporting documentation, and follow up with utility providers on pending items. Monitor incoming water analysis requests and bill collection progress. Flag incomplete projects and coordinate with sales or internal team members to obtain missing materials. Prepare data packages for audits and analysis by compiling consumption histories, account details, and meter inventories. Perform basic savings validation by comparing pre- and post-installation data against projections. Document research findings, procedures, and data sources in clear, organized formats. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures as the team grows. Identify bottlenecks, manual steps, or recurring issues in workflows and suggest ways to improve speed, accuracy, and reliability. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, charting, and organized workbook creation. Experience using Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, or similar functions. Strong online research skills and the ability to find information across a variety of sources. High attention to detail when working with data, account numbers, addresses, dates, and financial figures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to document research clearly and coordinate with team members and sales staff. Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to learn new tools, databases, and internal platforms quickly. Interest in improving processes and making workflows more efficient. Preferred Qualifications The following experience is helpful but not required: Familiarity with utility billing structures, water/sewer rate schedules, or municipal rebate programs. Experience with GIS platforms, Google Earth, or property research tools. Experience with CRM or project tracking tools such as QuickBase, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts. Interest in sustainability, water conservation, environmental services, or utility cost reduction. What We Offer Hands-on training in water analysis and utility research. No prior water industry experience required. Collaborative small-team environment where your work directly impacts client outcomes. Exposure to the full lifecycle of water conservation projects, from research through post-installation validation. Opportunity to grow into deeper analytical and advisory roles. Mission-driven work focused on water conservation and measurable environmental impact. Work Environment This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Clearwater, FL office. The role is primarily desk-based and involves working across spreadsheets, research platforms, utility websites, public records, and our internal project portal. Standard business hours apply, with occasional flexibility needed around project deadlines. Equal Opportunity Employer Liquified Solutions is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants.
