This position consists of a OPS Research Assistant supervised by the Senior Educational Program Director in the Dispute Resolution and Monitoring (DRM) section of the Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services (BEESS). This position will work closely with the DRM section and the support staff from other sections. The person in this position is expected to perform highly responsible administrative work as related to the statutory regulations of the education profession in the State of Florida. This position requires excellent communication skills in dealing with the public, appointed commissioners, and members of both the legal and educational professions. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and can communicate effectively.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
