Work Shift Works in collaboration with and is an integral member of the interdisciplinary health care team. Functions primarily in the Neuro ICU setting throughout the fellowship to optimize learning experiences. Focused learning experience will be provided that enable the fellow to develop and refine essential specialty-specific clinical and critical thinking skills. Works in the environment of collaborative interdisciplinary care to assure cost-effective, quality, patient-centered care.specialty-specific clinical and critical thinking skills promoting top of license practice. The environment of collaborative interdisciplinary care will assure cost-effective, quality, patient-centered care. Fellowship schedule will be week on and week off clinical training in ICU setting with focus on learning component. Additional 10-14 weeks of clinical rotations will be offered in other ICUs, specialty services (commensurate to applicant's interest). Position Requirements Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Acute care) program, Master's Degree in Nursing. American Heart Association, BLS and is licensed in Georgia as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
