Shift Work Shift Shift coordinated with supervisor. Could require weekends/holidays. Expected # of Hours Per Week 15-20 Job Summary The Veterinary Department at UK is seeking a STEPS Farm Worker Part-Time Woodford Farm to horse care and general farm maintenance at our Woodford Farm location.

This includes:

Daily care and feeding of horses Help with research projects to include prepping study supplies and treatments Administering daily treatments to 35 horses Mowing Weedeating Other duties as assigned This position will need to work weekdays and weekends depending on the schedule of the farm and will need to be able to get to our Versailles farm daily. Skills / Knowledge

/ Abilities Farm experience, experience with horses and routine animal care. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience Horse or Large Animal Background/Farm experience.
