The Consumer Insights team owns the consumer story for industries globally - with insights cutting across consumer-facing industries including consumer goods, retail, travel, financial services, utilities and communications. The Consumer Insights Senior Analyst will support senior researchers and Accenture business stakeholders on Thought Leadership projects, as well as business development and client engagement research. We are looking for a strong researcher with a passion for the consumer, strategic mindset, qualitative and quantitative research skills and strong storytelling and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities include:
Support the development of Accenture's flagship Consumer Pulse thought leadership, contributing across the full research lifecycle—from research design and data collection through to report development and client activation. Support the design and development of quantitative surveys, discussion guides and AI-enabled research methodologies, including synthetic consumer panels and AI-moderated interviews. Analyze complex consumer datasets to identify meaningful trends, behavioral patterns and strategic implications for senior business leaders. Translate research findings into compelling presentations. Develop high-quality client workshop materials, including presentations, visual storytelling assets, case studies, videos and demonstrations. Develop client-ready deliverables with guidance from senior researchers, ensuring a consistently high standard of insight, storytelling and presentation quality. Support the delivery of in-person and virtual executive client workshops across multiple industries, contributing research insights and presentation materials while developing confidence in presenting to senior audiences. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the team's research methodologies by embracing emerging AI tools and approaches that improve research quality, efficiency and client experience.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, strategy consulting, or thought leadership Minimum of 3 years of experience focused in consumer insights
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in business, marketing, economics, psychology, behavioral science, data analytics or a related discipline Experience using Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance research, analysis and content development. Interest in emerging AI research methodologies, including synthetic personas, AI-moderated interviews and agentic AI applications. Experience developing engaging workshop materials; skills such as image generation, video editing or interactive demonstrations would be advantageous.

Able to apply quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to generate actionable business insights. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret consumer data and translate results into business insights. Passion for understanding consumer behavior, business strategy and emerging technology trends. Strong intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new research approaches and technologies. Creative mindset with an eye for innovative ways to communicate insights. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and an interest in developing executive presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling executive presentations and communicate complex ideas simply. Strong PowerPoint skills with an eye for visual communication and executive-quality presentation development. Ability to synthesize multiple sources of information into clear, concise and compelling narratives. Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
