Job Description

Research Analyst Institutional Research Full-Time Primary Responsibilities:
Create and maintain engaging, interactive dashboards and automated reports using business intelligence software and other reporting tools Extract and manipulate data from warehouse and enterprise systems using languages/tools such as SQL, R, or Python Collect and verify data to complete external surveys Assists in the completion of all required federal and state reporting Coordinate various internal survey projects, from design through data analysis and reporting Assists in the development of predictive models and other analytics initiatives Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, business, math, or education Experience working with relational databases for data collection, analysis, and report writing Experience developing engaging and informative reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar platforms Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access Knowledge of research design and statistical analysis techniques Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
