ÓNAL USUARIO - BOGOT
ÁImportante IPS ubicada en Kennedy Central busca Auxiliar de Atención al Usuario para hacer parte de nuestro equipo.Funciones principales:
Verificar derechos y realizar la admisión de usuarios.
Realizar facturación, recaudo y cuadre de caja.
Agendar, confirmar y facturar citas.
Gestionar autorizaciones de servicios y órdenes médicas.
Recibir y direccionar usuarios a los diferentes servicios.
Entregar órdenes médicas y fórmulas.
Brindar una atención oportuna, cordial y humanizada.
Requisitos:
Técnico en áreas administrativas, salud o afines.Experiencia en atención al usuario, admisiones y facturación en IPS.
