Apply computational methods including bioinformatics data analysis, machine learning/AI-based analysis, and statistical software to interpret complex datasets. Lead research projects by developing experimental protocols, managing data collection processes, and ensuring adherence to quality standards such as GLP (Good Laboratory Practice). Analyze research data using statistical analysis tools like R, Python, MATLAB, or specialized bioinformatics software; interpret results to inform scientific conclusions. Prepare scientific manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at scientific and medical conferences. Secure research funding through grant writing efforts while maintaining compliance with institutional guidelines and ethical standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline. 2+ years of relevant laboratory or research experience preferred. Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or life sciences environments preferred. Hands-on experience with laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate technical documentation.
