Position Summary The Research Administration Management Analyst 2 provides operational and administrative support for sponsored research activities within the Center for Cancer Prevention and Survivorship (CCPS). This position assists faculty investigators and research teams with the preparation, submission, and management of grants and contracts while ensuring compliance with university, sponsor, and regulatory requirements. The position supports both pre-award and post-award functions, including proposal development, budget preparation, financial monitoring, effort management, and reporting activities. Working under general supervision, the position serves as a resource for investigators and staff and contributes to the efficient administration of cancer prevention, survivorship, behavioral, implementation science, and population health research programs. Responsibilities Assist with research projects, such as participants recruitment, informed consent, scheduling, assessments, data collection, monitor and document adverse events to behavioral intervention Assist with behavioral intervention development and delivery Assist with develop and manage regulatory protocols Support activities to ensure compliance with all Institutional Review Boards (IRB), federal, state, and industry sponsor regulations Assist with coordinating and preparing for external quality assurance and control reviews by IRB, federal or industry sponsors Assist with collaborations within and across departments to develop new research projects Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
