•4:30pm, occasional flex in schedule needed Department Overview The Advanced Imaging Research Center (AIRC) at OHSU is a multidisciplinary research center focused on the development of magnetic resonance (MR

•based imaging techniques to advance basic and clinical research. Function/Duties of Position This position is targeted for an employee that has experience in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data acquisition and analysis. This position requires programming skills using common programming languages/environments (R, Matlab, python, shell scripting, etc.). Duties of the position outlined in the Key Responsibilities section are expected to be done with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Perform advanced MRI analyses including image registration, ROI quantification, longitudinal image analysis, and voxelwise operations for multiple MRI imaging modalities.

Significantly contribute to data analysis:

develop data analysis procedures such as automated and semi-automated image analysis pipelines FIJI/ImageJ, MATLAB, and Python. Statistical modeling of results.

Communication of results to lab members and collaborators. Contributes to preparation of results for written, oral presentations, and publications. Requires skills to clearly and effectively communicate complex data, procedures, and protocols with collaborators and frequently provide oral and written summaries to researchers from diverse scientific backgrounds.

Performs other related activities to support research communication and outreach including: organizing study visits with research volunteers, helping with community events that advance research findings. Required Qualifications Bachelor's in relevant field AND 1 years of relevant experience; OR

Equivalent combination of training and experience. Skills required in Microsoft and other basic office software. Familiarity with image analysis via technical software. Must be able to communicate clearly and efficiently by email, written text, phone, web-based meeting platforms and in-person. Must be punctual and reliable. Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree in relevant field.
