The position will be located at the VA Bedford Healthcare System in Bedford, Massachusetts. We are looking for a motivated individual to work as part of dynamic, multi-disciplinary research teams. The individual should be enthusiastic and enjoy interacting with research participants. Duties include, but may not be limited to, the following: Responsible for managing study participant processing and flow from initial recruitment, informed consent, and enrollment to referral to the appropriate intervention arm of the study (if applicable), follow-up assessments and reimbursements. Conducts surveys using standardized survey instruments or specific assessment tools detailed in the study protocol(s). Enters research data into computerized data sets per research protocol(s) and established SOPs. Reviews and verifies research data ensuring appropriate data tracking, storage and security procedures are in place. Compiles, prepares, and provides assistance in developing statistical data and special reports' compiling/preparing drafts and finalizing papers and/or similar instructional materials in support of research program specialties. Operates specialized research equipment when necessary. Prepares and maintains paper and electronic Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and documentation, and other required regulatory documentation. Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specific to research projects. Prepares draft technical reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals. Performs literature searches for scientific and technical data and develops scientific posters of research results for dissemination at national meetings as directed by the Principal Investigator. Maintains integrity and confidentiality of data, private health information and personal identifying information.

• Assisting with other team activities as needed. Well qualified candidates will have at a minimum,
• A Bachelor's Degree (required), in an academic field related to the medical field, health sciences or allied sciences appropriate to the work of the position, or in behavioral or social sciences or related disciplines. This degree must be from an educational program from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
