PLEASE NOTE
We are seeking candidates who are specifically from Oregon/Washington, for remote work. Minimum of a BS in a STEM discipline (science, technology, engineering or manufacturing) or physics degree. This full time, entry level - training position is a great opportunity to gain work experience and be part of a growing intellectual property law firm working with patents and trademarks. We seek recent graduates with technical degrees and exceptional writing skills who are currently living in Oregon or Washington (preferably the Portland Metro Area). Primary responsibilities of this training position include researching new technologies, drafting reports and descriptive explanations and collaborating with other professionals and attorneys in support of the patent application process. Qualified candidates must have at least a four-year degree in science, technology, engineering, manufacturing or physics. Training and support will be provided. This is an entry level - training position with an established starting training wage. Annual wage increases expected. The firm provides a work culture that emphasizes teamwork, work-life balance, excellent benefits, and a casual but professional environment. Training will be conducted via zoom video; we also have an extensive in-house training library.
