JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The Eberly College of Science Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) program is a 10-week summer training program designed to give motivated Penn State undergraduates in the college the opportunity to engage in full-time (40 hours per week) research and related professional development activities. Undergraduates will work on specific faculty research projects outlined by their faculty member. These research projects were previously discussed and outlineoutlined with their faculty member in previous meetings. The goal of the Eberly College of Science SURE program is to offer students an immersive and hands- on research experiences that will help them determine if they want to pursue a career in research while they develop skills for success at Penn State and beyond. Only students who were accepted to the Eberly College of Science Summer Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) are eligible for thisjobopportunity.
