Strategic Partner Recruiting Manager Job Overview RJC Tax Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Research Assistant to support our Strategic Partner recruiting team in an onsite, part-time role. This position will focus on researching, identifying, organizing, and building targeted call lists of potential Strategic Partners for Wilson Hand. These Strategic Partners may include professional firms and advisors who work with clients that fit Wilson Hand's financial service categories. The Research Assistant will create curated call lists that are given directly to our recruiters, who will contact potential Strategic Partners and schedule introductory appointments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable with online research, and able to gather accurate business contact information in a structured format while working from our office. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential Strategic Partners in assigned states, regions, or markets. Build targeted call lists based on Wilson Hand's financial categories, including but not limited to: CPA firms Wealth advisors and financial planners Business brokers M&A firms Estate planning attorneys High-end real estate professionals Private equity and investment-related professionals Other professional service firms with high-net-worth or business-owner clients Find and verify important contact information, including company name, website, phone number, contact name, title, email address, city, state, industry/niche, and notes on why the firm may be a good fit. Create organized call lists for recruiters to use in outreach. Prioritize potential Strategic Partners based on the likelihood that they work with qualified clients in Wilson Hand's financial categories. Review company websites, LinkedIn profiles, business directories, and other public sources to evaluate fit. Maintain accurate, clean, and updated spreadsheets or CRM-ready lists. Follow company guidelines for identifying and qualifying potential Strategic Partners. Work onsite with the recruiting team to improve list quality and identify stronger niches or markets over time. Qualifications Strong online research skills. Ability to find accurate business contact information. High attention to detail and organization. Comfortable using Google, LinkedIn, business directories, company websites, and public databases. Ability to follow a structured research process. Basic spreadsheet skills, including Google Sheets or Excel. Strong written communication and note-taking ability. Reliable, punctual, and able to work from the office as scheduled. Ability to work independently while also communicating with the recruiting team onsite. Experience with lead generation, data entry, recruiting support, sales support, or business research is preferred but not required. Knowledge of CPA firms, wealth management, tax planning, business brokers, M&A, or financial services is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can research efficiently, think critically about whether a firm is a good fit, and provide clean, usable call lists for recruiters. This person should be comfortable working onsite, staying organized, and helping the recruiting team stay focused on contacting the highest-quality potential Strategic Partners. Schedule and Compensation This is a part-time onsite position. Weekly hours may vary depending on company needs and assigned research projects. Compensation will be based on experience and agreed-upon workload. $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
