West Bend, WI Starting Pay:
$23.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $5,000 after 90 days of continuous employment in good standing. Position Summary Are you looking to take your healthcare career beyond traditional phlebotomy? Spaulding Clinical Research is seeking motivated healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Operations team as Clinical Research Technicians. In this role, you'll support Phase I clinical trials while working alongside experienced nurses, physicians, and clinical research professionals. Every day offers the opportunity to build new skills, contribute to medical research, and help ensure the safety and well-being of study participants. This position is an excellent opportunity for experienced phlebotomists, EMTs, nursing students, pre-med students, and other healthcare professionals interested in expanding their clinical experience and building a long-term career in clinical research. Primary Responsibilities As a Clinical Research Technician, you will: Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection according to study protocols. Record participant vital signs, height, weight, and BMI. Place ECG leads and electrodes. Monitor study participants throughout clinical procedures. Assist with medication dose verification procedures. Collect urine specimens and perform drug screenings. Ensure study procedures are completed in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate and complete clinical documentation. Provide a safe, professional, and compassionate experience for study participants. Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support the successful execution of clinical trials.
Qualifications Required:
Phlebotomy certification; or Currently working as a phlebotomist with a minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience.
