Applicants should demonstrate the ability to work across technical and business domains. Strong candidates will have experience or knowledge of how data can move between systems (APIs, SFTP, etc.); experience or knowledge of how data is stored (relational databases, ADABAS, etc.); be comfortable reading payloads and schemas; and be able to synthesize the business purpose of an interface (e.g., why data is sent to a specific partner) and reconcile field definitions to applicable federal standards.
