AM Description:
Role Summary Support precision agriculture, digital ag, product testing, and agronomic data analysis for agricultural equipment and technology. The ideal candidate has hands-on farming/precision agriculture experience and understands how equipment performance and field data connect to real-world farming operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze precision agriculture and farm data to support product development and testing. Work with planter performance, seeding rates, sprayer application, yield monitor, and field data . Understand relationships between different agricultural data layers and field operations. Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of ag technologies. Collaborate with engineering, agronomy, product, and technical teams . Identify process/data gaps and recommend practical improvements. Support technical documentation, specifications, testing procedures, and product reviews. Required Skills Experience in Precision Agriculture / Digital Agriculture / Agronomy . Strong understanding of farming and crop production operations . Ability to interpret planting, seeding, spraying, yield, and equipment data . Experience with agricultural equipment, field data, GIS/precision ag tools, or digital ag platforms . Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and translate agricultural data into practical product or engineering solutions .
