Responsibilities:
This person will provide strategic leadership, technical expertise, and agronomic direction for Precision Agronomy Specialists, Crop Consultants, Local Agronomists, and interns in a region that consists of Boonville, Higginsville, Salisbury, Odessa, and Lexington, MO . They will lead the development, implementation, and growth of Crop-Trak and Nutri-Track programs while advancing precision agriculture, nutrient stewardship, and data-driven agronomic solutions. They will also serve as the primary technical resource for agronomy teams and retail locations by supporting training, technology adoption, sales execution, and customer success. Collaborates across agronomy, sales, operations, and research to drive business growth, improve service delivery, and develop high-performing agronomy professionals. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do Lead and mentor Precision Agronomy Specialists, Crop-Trak consultants, local agronomists, and interns within the assigned territory. Lead development and implementation of Crop-Trak and Nutri-Track programs. Drive sales execution and customer adoption of agronomic service offerings. Provide agronomic recommendations and technical expertise to retail locations, consultants, and sales personnel.
