Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities Responsible for rework activities of rejected battery assemblies from the production line and either reintroducing or scrapping components

Support the development, implementation and optimization of battery assembly rework processes and procedures Trouble shoot and validate root cause analysis of failures

Improve production technologies to prevent re-occuring failures in terms of quality, cost and robustness.

Validate machines, tools and processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing production systems.

Support production or production departments (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).

Your Qualifications

Required:

Associate's Degree or High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience

Journeyman Card Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)

Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results

Assertive approach to solving problems

Ability to prioritize and make decisions

Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

SAP experience
