Job Description
Landfill Sorter Lead - 18.50$ Hourly L waste into recyclables, organics, and residual trash, improving recycling rates and reducing landfill impact. Planning, scheduling, and assigning work to the crew involved in landfill operations. Inspecting and maintaining equipment used in landfill operations. Training and supervising landfill personnel. Operating equipment such as temperatures and machinery. Managing the productivity of the crew in completing the scheduled work. The Lead Landfill Sorter must be able to work in field or equivalent and experience in a similar role. You should also possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under adverse conditions.
