Job Description

Job Overview The Solid Waste Director/Code Enforcement Department is seeking a dependable, motivated part-time Administrative/ Field position to assist with both administrative and field operations. This role supports solid waste administration, code enforcement, and additional duties assigned by the Director Responsibilities Administrative Duties Perform general office, clerical, and administrative tasks. Work efficiently with computers and multiple software programs. Create and maintain spreadsheets; strong Excel skills required . Prepare reports, records, and documentation. Provide administrative support to the Director and staff. Field Tech Duties Conduct property and site inspections for compliance with county ordinances. Take photographs and document nuisance issues or ordinance violations. Assist with basic code enforcement activities. Communicate inspection findings to the Director. Training in specific areas will be provided. Requirements Strong computer skills; experience with various software programs. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet development. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working both indoors (office) and outdoors (field). Valid driver's license preferred. Compensation Pay will be determined based on experience, knowledge, and skill level.
