Job Description

We are looking for a Kennel Technician to join our team and provide care for our furry friends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and a strong commitment to providing the best possible care. Responsibilities include feeding, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the animals in our facility. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain kennels and runs. Feed, walk, and water animals in the kennel. (Expect lots of walking!) Observe animals for signs of illness or injury. Provide basic grooming services such as brushing, bathing, and nail trimming. Assist in transporting animals to and from the kennel. (Expect heavy lifting!) Monitor animals for signs of stress or aggression. Provide basic obedience training to animals in the kennel. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Help keep clinic clean. (Know how to sweep/mop!)
