Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Finalize Data Dashboard for fisheries project.
  • Meet regularly with supervisor and team mates to update on progress.
  • Expand Dashboard from fisheries data to other ecosystem services. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Possession of a baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science or related field and 0 year(s) of progressively responsible professional experience with processing large sets of data using statistical software; or any equivalent combination of education and/or professional work experience which provides the required education, knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated. Functional knowledge of principles, practices, & techniques in Dashboard Programming demonstrated by knowledge, understanding & ability to apply concepts, terminology. Considerable working knowledge and understanding of applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations and theories and systems associated with Data Science. Demonstrated ability to recognize problems, identify possible causes & resolve the full range problems that may commonly occur in the Software Development. Demonstrated ability to understand oral & written documentation, write reports & procedures, and communicate effectively in a variety of situations. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team leaders and members, and individuals. Demonstrated ability to operate a personal computer, apply word processing software, and proficient in utilizing advanced computer software and digital tools for comprehensive word processing, data management, email communication, and online research.
