Wildlife Control Operator Tactical Wildlife Control Company Description
- Must have a current Nuisance Class A Wildlife Control Permit for 2026
- You're comfortable at heights, on roofs, using tall ladders, and in attic spaces.
ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY
to acquire this position.- The majority of this job is wildlife trapping and performing exclusion.
- You want to be paid based on your effort and skill, rather than an arbitrary pay scale based on how long you've been with a company. (We pay you out the gate what you're worth, if you become worth more over time you'll be paid more). Many opportunities to increase income on a monthly basis.

Average Pay:
$ 20- 35+/hour Pay is based on skill, experience, drive, and efficiency. We are hiring rockstars who will drive revenue. The more money we make, the more money you make

To Recap:
This position will require, but is not limited to: animal trapping, structural exclusion, and a HIGH percentage of work at heights. If you are not comfortable on a ladder or a roof, this isn't the role for you. Qualifications Experience in Wildlife, Trapping, and Wildlife Management is required Experience with work at heights, roof safety, and ladder work Former handyman, HVAC tech, roofer, or other trades or current WCO Strong Communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team A valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience in a related field is a plus Pass a drug testJob Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:
$22.00- $32.
